I'm Esther, nice to meet you! 

Handsome Baked was my brainchild coming out of the pandemic. I wanted to combine flavors from Asian American childhood with the conventional pastries from the 90s (pop tarts, anyone?). 

I am passionate about storytelling and truly my favorite part of running Handsome Baked is meeting each and every single one of you at our markets and pop ups. I love knowing where Handsome Baked breads and pastries fit into your lives, whether it's using our Japanese Milk Bread in your Saturday french toast for your family or celebrating a loved one's birthday with our Black Sesame Cheesecake.
